was not workingI contacted Qnetis about my WordPress blog not working and they said to send them the logs. I sent them the logs and a few days later my blog was back up and running. However now my username is still missing from my account so I cant log in anymore. Terrible experience

Im not sure what the company qnetis.com is all about but I think its worth checking out. They offer affordable and reliable information services like forum management online security and blog management. However the customer service is terrible - every time I have to ask for a service or answer a question theres this huge warmed up atmosphere which makes me feel uncomfortable.
