Inc. has in the past provided lowest-cost IT support to businesses of which I am aware. However over the past two years their customer service has been spotty at best and with different companies currently using their technology it is hard to tell which one it is. Overall I have found them to be reliable but I will give them another chance once my review is more solidified.Ive been working with this company for about 4 months now and so far they are extremely unreliable. Their tech support is veryquisting but when we try to go back to our old support level they usually dont even know how to bring up the past. They provide high-quality IT help for a price you can afford but unfortunately that doesnt last long. Every time I contact them they make an effort to get back to me and other customers but instead of providing an updated guide on what can cannot be done they just ask me to Just Thank You For Your patronage.
