"I Would Not Recommend This Company To Anyone."

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had a horrible experience with them. The first time I contacted them they said that my data center was out of order and needed to be fixed. Then the next time they said that because of the holidays my data center wasnt going to be working until January 1st. And then the third time after spending hours on the phone with them they told me that my data center was going to cost me 2 million and it would take 10 years for it to come back up and be functional again. In total Ive spent over an hour on the phone with these people and I havent been able to fix my data center yet.

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. The customer service is horrible and the prices are outrageous. Do not bother using them if you want to get your data center built or connected.

"I Have Not Had The Best Experience With This"

I have not had the best experience with this company. First off they do not seem to understand what customer service is. They keep giving me different numbers and dates when I want to cancel my contract which is really frustrating. Second their service is terrible. The connection was so bad that it caused me a lot of trouble online and even when I did get it fixed it still wasnt very good. Overall I would not recommend this company if you need a QTS Data Center or Connectivity Service

I have had 3 years of work at this company and not been happy. The employees are all unprofessional and they never seem to get her right. She is always trying to be a best friend but she is just trying to make money. never worth the space to be an unprofessional person

I have had two years of use of this company and not been happy. The staff is lazy and do not have any experience in customer service or data center operations. Overall I have given them three years of failure and they will be my last choice for data center management and connectivities.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and could not be more unhappy with them. From the moment I first contacted them they were overbilling me2000.00 in total within a month.sofar as data it was being delivered to their computer system through an eBSS network only minutes after it was shouldered by the other two centers. They would also send me emails that there was no evidence of and when I would contact them about it they would claim there was no response. Lastly they would even create a customattsys 1973labeled Trip Time in myips of reviews to make up for their mistakes I did not do this company nor did I want to do so. I had been overcharged regularly for months on end and it was simply wasnt worth it to me to continue using them. I last worked with them for clove at a hefty buck per hour just because they were doing a take home walk
