I was extremely disappointed with the experience with Quadque Technologies Ltd. I ordered a digital thermometer and when it arrived I found that the screen had been scratched in half. The entire device was defective. furthermore the customer service representative who answered my inquiry was very unhelpful and unyielding. Overall this is an incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional company.

I am very unhappy with my purchase of a Home Computer. The machine was broken when I got it and the customer service couldnt be more responsive in solving the problem. However if youre looking for an extremely high-end computer for your personal use only then this is not the machine for you.The computer is very slow and doesnt do much for its price point.

I have had twoizarre experiences with this company so far. First they failed to what I said was a written promise they sent me a check for 100 that never arrived. Second they kept telling me that my computer was too new and needed more work. Overall Ive had bad experiences and I wouldnt recommend them.
