I have had two different companies provide me with my Quadtec account number and email address. I have now had company quadtec.com take over the account and give me out of service access. I am not able to do anything because companyquadtec.com is trying to get me as a user and want me to stop using their program.NA

quadtec.com is a company that provides IT services to small businesses around the country. However their customer service is terrible. They always have been and they will continue to be worse. There are times when I have to speak with them in person because they cannot see my account on their site.I would not recommend this company nor do I think their customer service is worth the price of membership dues.
