Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. The software they offer is very buggy and does not work well. I had to take it back and get a new one because it was just not working right. Save your money and go somewhere else

This company is a complete mess. They are unable to keep up with the ever-changing changes in their industry which makes them very unable to provide quality process automation solutions. Their customer service is also terrible and they do not seem to be able to take any responsibility for their product failures. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I have tried out some of the things offered here and they are generally nothing like what I was expecting. Instead of being a well-functioning business process it is more of a well-oiled machine. The suggestions are simply about how to keep this machine on track and its very often difficult to guide someone who is not already familiar with the field of process management what so ever how something like workflow works.

I just opened this email and so far its a bad experience. I started using company qualitechsolutions.com for about 5 years now and I have never had such terrible customer service. Ive had to contact the alerting system 3 times in the past 2 weeks because my phone is getting too hot and not able to find its way to the customer support person. This is an online store and they care about their customers so please stop being such a catastrophe.
