qualitydot.com is a terrible company. I have bought three printers from them and each one has had problems. The first printer was defective and the second printer just stopped working so I exchanged it for a brand new one. Now the third printer is stopping printing documents because the ink cartridge is empty What a joke Do not buy anything from this company they are not worth your time or money.

I have had several issues with company quality dot.com and Kyocera Document Solutions America in the past where I have been unable to fix or service the issues. The customer is never taken care of properly and the support system is spotty at best. I would not recommend anyone use this company nor do they offer a good services in return.

Kyocera Document Solutions America is the customer who needs to be reached when asking for quality solutions from company qualitydot.com. However they have created an entire website specifically for this purpose and its hard to find a user who doesnt recommend it. The services they offer are also more than what is available from other online platforms. Company qualitydot.com has great customer service and they always have the correct answer to any question that comes up. However there are some who finds their products or services not up to par and its important to report this to them in order to receive a response that is closer to the original goal - which is quality documents for businesses of all sizes

However Kyocera Document Solutions America should not be taken lightly when it comes to their customer service. While they do have a good stand by themselves in my opinion they are bad at customer service.Kyoceras are terrible at customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone.
