I have had terrible luck with company qualityip.com. The first time I ordered something they charged me for an extra product that was never included in the original order and then when I asked them to send me a reminder to return the product they refused. Then when I finally received the product it was not what I expected and there were major mistakes made throughout the entire process. Do not order from this company if you want your money back or anything else bad to happen.

I just moved to the area and decided to check out some of the new company qualityip.com. I found them to be a great resource for IT services in the area. However I was quickly impressed with the fact that their customer service was terrible. They are supposedly one of the best at tech support but their support was nothing like it. I had to call them after my first computer crash and have a conversation with a representative. She told me that she would get back to me about how her staff could not have been more help than they were. Once again this is the part where I give them an F-. The customer service here is so bad that I would not recommend anyone use this company to keep an online account or tender for any services.
