I give this company a negative 5 out of 10. Their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times to get my order done and always end up having to wait on hold for an eternity. The quality of their products is also very poor.

I sent them multiple complaints about how their online system was crashing and the only response I ever got back was sorry we cant help you with that. They also said my order wasnt shipped because it was on a different day. Totally bogus excuse. Do not use this company

The entire process was very stressful and took quite a bit of time. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a private company and so the content is not quality-sensitive and is not sure of it.I just got off phone with my provider and they told me that I cant use company name or account until I get my personal information from their system. Ive been using qualpath for 5 years now and we have never had this happen to me. Do not bother coming to the customer service line even though you can get through to the support staff.
