I used Quanexus for 3 years now and have had to deal with them on 5 separate occasions. The last time was this past summer when I had to change my address due to a family illness. They never followed up with me after that and I ended up having to get help from my friends because they would not take me seriously. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with Quanexus for the past year and a half. They are an amazing team and I truly believe in their services. However I have had to date few bad experiences with them. The first was when my computer went down after years of stable operation and was being managed by someone else in the business. They got my fixup back on the spot and said it was because of me. The other experience wasnt so fortunate. A friend who was also managing a similar business reported that he had to trade one quanexus account for another account due to this particular account having significant usage from both aspects of the business. So much for two incompetent people managing a phone book

This company is a waste of your time and money. Their services are only for managed IT support and not customer service. I have used their customer service line several times now and have never had an issue. Its the other companies that makes him stand out from the rest. This one does not.
