I found this company to be very unprofessional. The representative I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and condescending. He did not seem to understand what I was saying. Additionally the software they sell is garbage - it does not work well at all. Save your time and money and dont buy it from them.

Dont waste your money on this company. Ive had to contact them four times now because my software wont start up. Every time they tell me its a programming error and that I need to get new software but it still wont work The last time I was told the software wasnt compatible with my computer and then they said it might have been defective so I took it back. Do not buy their products - youll be sorry

I just got out of my first-ever negative review on this site. I was an online customer of theirs for about 4 years now and didnt have any issues. However I just came across one last time and it was pretty bad. The person who wrote the review said they had to callQuanterall to get help with a software issue which is why Im adding it here.This persons account was actuallyklosed in because they wouldnt let Quanterall fix a file that wasnt there before. Which means their software was or is really obviously early access Software and should be treated with caution at best.

I purchase from company every week and have been happy with all of my purchases. However this latest purchase was particularly frustrating. I had looked on the website for months before finding what I needed and then received a call from customer service asking me where I last was. I could not find out where I last was for about 2 hours of conversation. They told me that there is no 247 support and that they would get back to me as soon as they had some information. They also demanding up-to-date information on their website about how many products they have available how much money I make etc. If youre not sure what you need or what you should be worried about in a product review then dont write it
