I just bought a Quantumitcher and its an amazing tool However I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The phone is only workable at 2G speeds and they dont seem to understand what 1ghz is even designed for. Im4 now and Im very unhappy with the customer service

Quantumitinnovation.com is a company that provides artificial intelligence to businesses and organizations. Their artificial intelligence technology is used for things like automated teller operations high-volume ATM transactions and document signing. However their software can be used to create natural language processing tools as well. However there have been negative reviews of the tool specifically towards the end where people have been told that their business is currently utilizing the tool and they are now struggling to keep up with the growth in use. Im not sure if this is a one time problem or if its continuing even after the product has been retired.
