Quantumvision.com is a company that provides staff and services to companies in the IT consulting and staffing solutions industry in Maryland. I was used as a human resources target because they were unable to provide any reasonable justification for their decision to use me as a target. I was used as a training stop-gap until they could find someone else who would take on the task of taking my resume and Psycology degree. I was made to feel like I had no choice but to do this job even though I had no qualifications or experience in staffing outside of what was offered by other companies. It felt like they were looking for someone who could just bring about the minimum amount of work so that they could then put me through college which I am not. The only reason I am still able to work here is because they keep telling me that I am needed right now and will never get let go. Overall it has been an extremely frustrating and difficult experience working here and I can
