"This Company Is Terrible They Changed"

This company is terrible They changed their name to Solvative and the customer service was horrible. I called them and they said that it was because of a trademark dispute with another company and that there would be no problem changing their name back. However after talking to the customer service agent for about 5 minutes I found out that there is actually a trademark dispute between these companies - so theres nothing they can do about changing their name. In addition their website is absolutely outdated and difficult to use. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

Do not bother with this company - they are nothing but scam artists. The first time I tried to order a game I was told it would be ready in a few days. It never came and now the email says that my order is pending. Do not bother with this company - they will take your money and never give you what you want.

Do not use this company They are terrible. The first time I used them they told me my name was already taken and there was no other way to change it so I changed my name. Then the next time I tried to order something they said it wasnt possible because my credit card had already been charged. So dont try anything from this company

SolutionsSolver Solutions is a terrible company. customer service is not good at all - they are always ready to start an argumentI was customer service member at solver solutions for a while now and have stopped discontinued using that company. This was never their intention nor did they ever want their customers to feel like they are working with a personal friend or family member only. They are always ready to start an argument with customers which is not what this job is supposed to be about. I recommend looking for another company thats more in the business of creating beautiful artwork and solving problems than quarkstudios.
