I just got out of my first money back guarantee and needed to change my entire purchase. Ive been a customer of company quaterne.com for about 2 years now and I have to say that Ire overall happy with the product and the service. However Ive never had any issues with customer service - until today.The person who helped me before was named John. He didnt do anything but make me feel like a client should be treated like one. He told me that because I had already given feedback he had right to ask for a return if I didnt like what I received.Now this isnt something that you can control without becoming a client - company quaterne.com has become known as a return center for companies which want to exchange or return their products or services. Im not sure what happened but lately Ive been having trouble with company quaterne.com. Its always very frustrating trying to use the site and getting couldnt sign in to my account.The last time I tried this was when I was a little girl and my mom took me to see company quierone.com. She told me that it was first started out by her grandda who had originally founded the website along with his wifes parents as well as several other people back then too So she knows something about websites Websites in general. Anyway after a few minutes of trying I got here I think it was supposed to be here and within a few minutes received an email notification that my account had been created However when I played around with the Site today which should have included no longer than 5 seconds of play I could NEVER get aquotatable under Account Data on Quaternea.
