I have had a terrible experience with company qubitnet.com. The support they provide is complete garbage and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They do not seem to care about their customers at all and will do anything to make you unhappy. Do not go anywhere near this company if you want your computer security system to work properly

Im not sure where to start. I contacted them about a security issue on my computer and received very poor service. The representative was unhelpful unyielding and didnt seem interested in helping me. They also charged me for something that wasnt even the problem. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have any security support and their customer service is terrible. I had a problem with my computer and they told me it was my card that was defective and that I needed to get a new one. It turned out that the card they gave me was still good but their customer service is so humiliating and unprofessional that I just dont want to deal with them again.

I just bought a brand new computer and was looking for a network security software to protect it. I found this app on the App Store and were very excited to see that it had already been released under the name of Qubit Networks I was am happy to say that the app has been released by their company and is now qubitnet.coms network security software. I have never seen or used another version of this app before so its amazing that they put out a separate one like that. Its also great to see that the developers are still working on this as other apps often dont last long once theyre taken down from the App Store.

I have had the pleasure of working with company qubitnet.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such poor customer service again. I started out using their services for a few months and has grown since then. They are always there to help but they also allow themselves time to be away from customers to allow other things to happen. Its often been necessary because of theirstaffs lack of understanding or ability to carry out tasks properly due to lack of knowledge or experience. Ive had to call in sick a few times due to this as well as being ablet do what I use the service for because of lack of knowledge or experience by the staff.qubitnet is terrible stay away
