However this past month we experienced an alarming and frustrating incident with our QUICKPROX system which had a significant impact on our business.Our QUICKPROX system was not working properly for some time prior to this issue. However after trying to troubleshoot the problem and getting help from our technical team it quickly became clear that there were several underlying issues with our QUICKPROX system that needed to be fixed before anything could happen. We reached out to our customers who had been using the system and asked them whether they felt comfortable sharing their personal information such as their passwords login names and other sensitive information so that we could address the underlying problems. Unfortunately many of these customers did not feel safe doing so because they feared for their safety or because they did not know how to effectively protect themselves from future attacks.As a result of this issue we are now forced to take steps such as suspending all customer service calls and limiting access to certain parts of

1. Do not use this company They are incredibly unprofessional and do not have any idea what theyre doing. I had to get my computer system fixed by a different company because QuickProx couldnt seem to fix it themselves. The end result was a much more expensive and time consuming ordeal than I wouldve liked. Avoid this company at all costs2. If you want an ineffective IT solution that will leave you frustrated then use QuickProX - dont bother looking anywhere else

QUICKPROX Company, Review Specifics:
Unfortunately the quality of their work has recently become increasingly questionable. I have had several problems with Quickprox. First they claim that I never asked for their help in upgrading my computer later on when I realized this was not the case they refused to do anything about it. Second when I wanted to uninstall a program from my computer that was installed by Quickprox and was not part of the normal installation process e.g. Adobe Photoshop they said it would be too difficult and recommended instead using a software provided by Microsoft or another company. Third when I went to file a complaint with customer service about some of these issues they said that since I had not asked for their help in upgrading my computer or in uninstallating programs from it or any other complaints there could be nothing they could do about them because those were just normal problems.

I have had to contact them multiple times because they do not seem to understand how the internet works and will not take my calls or answer my emails. I have had the misfortune of using QUICKPROX in the past. The first time was when I needed help with a new computer system and their solutions were terrible. Their work was shoddy their customer service was unprofessional and they didnt even seem to be able to know what they were talking about when it came to computers. I would never recommend them to anyone.
