I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone said she couldnt do anything because the company was closed and then told me to come back in a week. When I came back she told me the same thing and that I needed to speak with someone higher up. Then she hung up on me. Dont bother using this site

I bought 2 of these racks from Rackmount Solutions. The first one arrived with a broken leg hanger that the company took care of immediately. However the second one I bought had significant damage to it from being stored on a lower shelf in a room with other equipment. The rack was completely unusable and required my husband to take it apart and put it back together again just to use it. Do not buy this product

I just got a new job and am about to start work. I wasalready quite full from working on servers and data center projects. So when I finished my shift I went to the office for the night. When I woke up the next day I was already very late for work. I also had a message from my boss saying that I was going to have to leave early for work that day. So now Im at company rackmountsolutions.net all by myself. Its like they dont even care about me. And their customer service is terrible.
