I had the unfortunate experience of using this company for their Disaster Recovery services. First and foremost they were incredibly unprofessional in their communication with me. They never replied to my emails or phone calls even though I sent them multiple requests. Secondly their service was very slow and difficult to use. It took weeks after my original request for help was made before I received a response back from them at all. In the end it was a waste of time and money to use these guys.

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They dont have a clue about Disaster Recovery and their solutions suck. I had to call them multiple times because my data was lost in the middle of nowhere and they couldnt do anything about it. Save your money and dont go with these people.

Dont bother with this company. Do not use their services in the event of a data center disaster. The backup software they offer is terrible and will only save your current working configuration not your entire data center.

I absolutely hated this company racksquared.com. The website was easy to navigate and the search features were handy. However there was not one feature that I found helpful or important. The website would also lead you to believe that it was a company that specializes in Disaster Recovery Cloud Solutions but no such thing is true. This company is just like other companies in the business for that reason as well. I think it comes down to being too new at this point and not getting Accuracy Guaranteed with products you dont know nothing about.

I absolutely hated this company. I have worked with other cloud-based companies in the past and have had great experiences but I didnt get what I expected when I used Ohio Data Center. The customer service was terrible and it made me very unhappy. I got a hold of them and they were very responsive to my email but the entire process was take long. Not to mention they are extremely charged up about their own clean out because of the line of business theyre in. They said as long as you can always call them they can take care of everything. Well if they could only do one thing they would all die due to EOD related emergencies I would not recommend using this company for anything other than standard disaster recovery purposes.
