I purchased a racktop system from company racktopsystems. I was very disappointed with the product. The racktop system was in perfect condition when I received it but it turned out to be a fake. It had a make different model name and looked very much like the real racktop system. I had to contact companyracktopsystems customer service to find out how to get my money back. They did not respond for 2 weeks. I finally discovered what happened and wrote a bad user review on their website because I was horrified that someone could try to exchanging a good piece of equipment for something that wasnt even genuine.

I have just purchased the racktop system and was worried about the previous reviews. I ordered it suppose to be a simple add-on card for free shipping. However after received my purchase I realized that it was not a Norinco Add-On Card but an AmericanOne add-on card. So I immediately called customer service and they were unable to help me as there is no such thing as an Add-On Card for RackTop System we are all magic The software doesnt work without an Add-On Card and even though the company says otherwise they never delivered on their promise of free shipping. In fact they sent out a new box instead of theFree shipping supposed to happen in the first place.
