.Ive used this company for a few years now and have had nothing but negative experiences. The first time I ever dealt with them they were terrible. They charged me an excessive amount of money for something that was actually worth very little and then when I asked to return it they wouldnt let me. Theyre just not reputable at all.

.I just returned from vacation with myDominic and we were very unhappy with Radcube. The customer service was horrible. I called them multiple times during my stay and they would not listen to me. The best thing about this place is that it is close to home so we can use it at any time. However Radcube took care of everything for us and now our Dominic is back with a new one. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

.I just got my first order from them and it was a complete waste of money. I was very excited to get my second order but then there was no communication with customer service. Im not sure what went wrong but Im sure it wasnt their fault. The products that they sent were terrible and the customer service was terrible too. I would recommend never using this company again.
