This Company Is RadixBays Worst Nightmare I have been working for this company for just over a year now and to say that I have never had an issue would be an under-statement. On the contrary they have always beenivist in their approach to work and have learned many things along the way. However I have had one issue with them recently and that is their lack of experience with healthcare IT. This company has all the character of a well-oiled machine but the end result is an incredibly worst-case scenario where they have made very little progress in resolving my issue. They are not good at problem solving and will not take any input from me as part of my service commitment which is why I give them a negative score. Thank you RadixBay for your terrible service may your machines become much more reliable in the future.

I just had radixbay do my water system and they were terrible. The service was immediate and they did the job quickly but the service was very expensive. I would not recommend them to anyone.
