This company is a total mess. From the minute I contacted them to the moment they delivered their service it was a mess. They had no idea how to work with my computer and couldnt do anything about it. In the end my computer was completely ruined and I have lost all my data as a result. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened this account a few days ago and I found all of the reviews negative.1 The service is bad they never get my call and always asks for my number2 They are selling me a new phone every week and I know not to trust them3 My old phone they sell me back to before it was even replaced 4 And the worst part is they keep telling me that the phone I have now is the best one 5 So in conclusion if you want quality service and dont trust other companies go ahead and break up with rafitservices.com

RAFIT Services, Review Specifics:

I just signed up with company Rafas services and it has been an great experience so far. However I have had a few problems with it. The first is that the service is very expensive and I have had to pay back some of my orders because the service cannot keep up with their demand for data storage. However they are always willing to help out customers who have questions or needs. I also have had trouble with the site not always being able to read my emails properly. Only way to change this is better technology. Overall I am happy with the service but I would like to see them do more to improve efficiency and customer support.
