.co is a terrible company.Ive used this company multiple times now and each time I have had a negative experience. The first time they did not send the necessary pervious notification for my address change so I had to call them to ask why there was no notice in their system. And then when I finally received the notification it only told me that my previous address had been updated but not my new one so I needed to go into their website and update my information again. In all of these cases Rainfall.co was very unprofessional and took forever to respond to emails or phone calls. Overall avoid this company if you can - they are completely unprofessional and do not want your business.

.co has failed to meet the expectations of their customers.Im sorry this review is for rainfall.co.com not rainfall.coThe website was terrible - it felt like it was designed by a tenth-grader and wasnt very user friendly at all. The app design was also poor - it looked like it had been made in a hurry and didnt Stick to any standard design principles. Overall I didnt enjoy using this company and would never recommend them to anyone else.

The website is extremely outdated and difficult to navigate as well as being dated in terms of design trends. Additionally their customer service is incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if youre looking for a quality raindrop experience.

The company has been in business for about 10 years and is devoted to the produce a rain garden that retailers and businesses can go to to get a sense of what rain iselcome before they hand over their IT or plop down their red umbrellas. The app is terrible. The user interface is basic and dated- its not intuitive or easy to use. There are too many options for there to be any real flexibility or customization ability given how you have to input data on one platform then use another to get the weather for that time of year. The website is also basic and outdated. It doesnt have all the resources that you might need right away either - such as directions or spawn points for each month there are only 12 so dont expect much others than that. Additionally the website makes getting around town more difficult than it should be by making sure of every few steps an interactive map that shows everything in red. It
