"I Have Had The Misfortune"

I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company. They are nothing but scam artists. The first time I dealt with them they offered me a free domain name and told me that I needed to create an account in order to get started. When I asked what the account was for they said Youll need one if you want to use their services. And so I did - and my website broke down after only a day because rainstorminc couldnt find my IP address They also charged me for things that were never included in the price of their service. Do not bother using this company - you will be sorry you did.

I have used this company a few times now and I absolutely hate everything about them. The first time I used them they charged me an arm and a leg for web development services that I didnt even need - then when I asked to cancel the order they said there was no way to do that They also dont seem to care about their customers at all.

In addition they always try to upsell customers on additional services without also disclosing that these services are based in part on MoffettTroy LLCs copyrighted code.
