Ive had a lot of bad experiences with rainytownmedia.com. The first time was when I hired them to do some design work on my ecommerce shopify store and they were ridiculously slow and didnt follow through with anything they promised. Then a few months later they decided to stop working on my store altogether and refunded all of my money. And the worst part is that their prices are really high compared to other web development companies in Vancouver--especially when you factor in the fact that they dont have any experience whatsoever in ecommerce orShopify. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone unless youre desperate for a quick fix at high prices.

I have used this company multiple times and I have had terrible experiences every time. The first time I worked with them they did not even turn up to their appointment. The second time they charged me for something that was not even related to the project that I was working on. And the third time they were very late with a project and said it would cost me more than what they had originally quoted me. Overall this company is a total scam and you should avoid them at all costs.

I just left the company due to their current policies. I had worked with them for about six months on a project I was involved in and was very disappointed with the level of service they provided. The project was finished well before promised and there were numerous issues with the design that were not addressed nor received proper nefarious workarounds. In fact one issue that came up during the project and which still is hanging over my head was that a part of the design used an image from a different website without its permission. I am told by someone who knew something about web development at the time that this too would have been a problem to be faced as well as some other issues with the site that looked like they were moving forward with their purchase but Im fairly sure neither of those things happened.I do not think rain town media is what it seems and will not leave you alone either. They are more interested in making money than in any other reason good or bad. If

iseI have had two issues with this company in the past and they are both customer service problems. I am not an expert on web design but I know that Magento is an expert on ecommerce shopify. rainytownmedia did a very poor job of optimizing their site for magento. They added items that were never sold or at least not to me. I excellent they were happy to pay someone to do it for them but they need to get a better job of optimizing their website for magento.
