I have had a negative experience with Ramparthosting.com. I ordered a service that never arrived and then was charged for it even though the tracking information said it would not arrive until after the holiday season. The customer service representative told me she could not do anything about it because she was closed on holidays and there were no other customers in her office at the time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to have any knowledge of the TTG services they are selling and their customer service is terrible. I had a problem with my account and even though they sent me a new one right away it still continued to beProblematic. In the end I just stopped using them because of it.

I have had two services from ramparthosting.com and am very disappointed. The first time it was a name change which did not go well. The service did not meet my needs and ended up taking forever. The second experience was the same as the beginning except that they managed my information for the day instead of the service charge came in. So I had to keep getting new bills until they met my needs. Not good when you are trying to use the service for the right thing rather than just managing your information.
