I am writing a negative user review because I have had incredible problems with Razor Tech. My first experience was terrible. They said they would not help me because my account was in danger of being cancelled and I needed to get a new one. Guess what It was And my old one still wasnt working right so I went back to them and told them about the problems and they just laughed at me. Save your money and go somewhere else for your IT needs.

I just had a conversation with an associate who was very disappointed in the ARPU options on company razor-tech.com. They said that the .99aragricide only worth it if youre a combined online and physical customer. Which means that anyone whos not a physical customer is left alone in the dark about what really happened. Its like theyre trying to tell us that ARPU isnt really important anymore but its not clear how or why.We all know that ARPU is important now and its something that we can actually track. But it wasnt always like this. At first there were many years where ARPU was not important at all but it isnt anymore. And for this reason I think it is time for them to start charging money from those who are not using their service instead of giving them a .999 raccoon junction box as an associate suggested.
