I have had three separate failures with company rb-com.com and I can say that I have never been treated fairly or given the information I need in a timely manner. I have had to reach out to other companies that are in the same industry to ask them to take care of my issue. However only RB Com has they entire system fixed by him in the first place. He is always busy doing something else and never says not even once during the contact. Thank you for your time but this time I will be seeing other options available.
