Rclick.com is a terrible company because they are not in the business of IT support they are in the business of selling managed IT services. There have been several times when I have had to call them and deal with their incompetent customer service representatives. They always try to make things as difficult as possible for me and I usually end up having to give up my time and go somewhere else for help.

resolving right click and keyboard issues In the business of Managed IT Services Orange County IT Support we offer our customers a wide range of services such as web development desktop publishing and IT support. However some customers have had problems with our companys software in the past. This particular customer has been having problems with our software for quite some time now. Were not sure if its our software or the customers behavior over the past few years. The current issue is that the customers computer is going through right clicking and keyboard issues almost every time he or she uses our software. This usually leads to typing errors and other Lynx issues. Were sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Incident responseWe are sorry to hear that your customers computer has been experiencing problems since last we heard from her was two weeks ago. We hope you can get your system resolved so that you can continue using our software without issue.

and KeyboardistI am not sure what the problem is but Ive been using Company RClick for a while and I dont think I have ever had such bad service. My computer has been crashed my passwords been changed and now this - company rclick.com has been taken down from their site. Im really sorry to say that we have had some great times here but this time its not going to be the last.
