RCM Solutions, Inc., Review Specifics:
I signed up for their email service and after a few weeks of using it I noticed that my messages were not being sent as planned. Additionally there was no indication on the website or in the email about how to unsubscribe from the service. After reading other reviews I decided to give this company a try and I am very disappointed with my experience. The communication between the customer service representative and myself was poor at best. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two dealings with this company and both times it was a total waste of time and money. The first time I had to contact them about a problem with my computer and the people who worked there were very unhelpful so I was in vain. The second time they did the same thing - more than double the work for nothing. In both cases I had to resort to coming down to their level in order to get something done. But every time it would turn out to be a waste of time and money.

I just wanted to let you know that I had a bad user review for company rcm-corp.com. I travelled with my family and was out of town for a week and my phone started going crazy. I got in trouble with my school because my phone was like this so I thought it was probably time to change the battery on my phone. So I clicked on some of the different options and then did a charge test on it. But then it says the battery is not ready. Im really disappointed in company rcm-corp.com because this is an experience that I really didnt need.The user has a problem with his or her experience at company rcm-corp.com which is why they gave up after getting into trouble with their school.
