"I Have Had Two Different Experiencings"

I have had two different experiencings with this company and both have been terrible. 1 I ordered a measurement from RCM and was told that my order would be delivered to me in about 2 days Then I had to contact them multiple times to ask what the estimate was and they said there wasnt one 2 I received a E-Mail notification that my order had come in and when I contacted RCM again they said there wasnt going to be a delivery because the order was placed and well get it set up This just isnt right -uster should really take itself down from their website andchieve an update on the progress of your order.This user has assigned 0 stars stars not stars because thats how they are supposed to work but instead super advanced nothingness 5 to company rcm-eservices.com.

"I Just Bought A New"

I just bought a new computer from Company R cm-services.com and it was one of the most difficult purchases I have ever made. The user interface is atrocious. Its aging technology really effects the look and feel of the app control panel which is where we put all the settings for our company. We are almost done with the first phase of our switch to Linux and well be able to give you a better understanding of what it will take in order to have your company succeed on that switch.

I have had a great experience withRCM Enterprise Services but the customer service is terrible. I started a purchase from them and it took forever to get back to me. I even sent an email and got no response. I called back and they were Response was attitude one-upmanaging because they said my phone number was already in their system. I cant even begin to tell you how disappointed I am in customer service.RCM-EServices is Terrible Customer Service
