I have had the pleasure of working with company rcmaps.com for just over a year now. I have never had such poor customer service as when I have done business with this company. myself an individual who specializes in GIS mapping they should be ashamed of themselves. from the moment I registration was processed they were trying to use my name and address to find what they were doing wrong. there was no reason for them to try and get information about me that I did not help on their gis map application which was all taken down after I pointed out the issue. The problem with this company is that they are not good at anything else but sell GIS software like Brookings Oregon We are land surveyors who provide geographic data services including land surveying GN Water Surveying Master Maps and Base Maps both original and color printing and email notification of needs exceeding 20 of total square footage.This user has failed to 5000 Crimes

I just wrote a bad user review for company rcmaps.com which is in the business of Land Surveyors GIS Sonoma Napa Marin Ray Carlson Assoc. Company is terrible and makes use of easy buzz words to make you feel like youre an inferior person. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with company rcmaps.com in the past both as a user and as someone who is responsible for maintaining their account. Each and every one of their products and services has been an absolute disaster.First they gave me a Greater Marin Explorer to use my GIS software of choice D3 on their behalf. I am not a great user of that software so using a GIS service like CascadingMap or Google Earth was much more comfortable. After about two months of use I decided to remove them from my diet due to their lack of performance speed precision. In addition they offers no Sheen support so you cant even get a map opened without Sheen they offer no free version either. Finally they have zero interest in providing service nor are they willing to help anyone. They clearly dont know how to do anything themselves which makes it really difficult to recommend someone use their service.
