But then I saw some changes recently that have caused me to stop using it. Im very sorry to hear that reach out it has had these problems. I just came across this website and was really impressed with the level of customer service I received. I spoke to a customer service person who was more than happy to help me with whatever problem I mentioned. In fact she even helped me get my old computer back up and running again. So I would definitely recommend giving them a try

Im not sure what this company is supposed to do but Im sure it isnt anything good. The website is super basic and the customer service is terrible. I had to call quite a few times and they never answered the phone. All they wanted to do was help me get my money back and make things right. But they couldnt even do that. Prices are high and quality isnt up to par. Finally I had to drop my account because of the stupid website and customer service.
