"I Have Had A Terrible Experience"

I have had a terrible experience with Readynetworks.com. They are not in the business of ReadyNetworks and their AWS Azure GCP service is complete garbage. The first time I tried to use it my computer froze and then wouldnt start up again. I had to call them and they said that it was because I didnt have the latest drivers for my computer. They said that there wasnt anything they could do about it because the driver installation hadnt been done in a while. So far this has been a regular occurrence with their service- even when Im already on the latest drivers In addition their customer service is extremely unhelpful and reclusive. When I asked them how to fix an issue that was happening frequently they would only say well we dont know how to help you. Completely ridiculous customer service from a company which purports to be in the business of ReadyNetworks

Do not use this company at all. I have had terrible experience with them and will never use them again. The first time I tried to sign up for a account they told me my email address was already registered for another company so I couldnt even try to create an account. Then when I asked about the product they said it wasnt available yet and that there was no way to test it out because their computers were down. Finally after countless phone calls and emails to their customer service number they finally agreed to send me a link to sign up for a free trial of their product only to tell me that the trial would be ending in less than a week and that I would have to purchase their product in order to continue using it. Save your money and stay away from ReadyNetworks

They offer truly global cloud solutions and have developed a great team of experts in the industry. However I have experienced very limited success with their services due to two main problems 1 their pricing is very high and difficult to affordable and 2 their slow delivery times are difficult to solve. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
