I have had nothing but negative experience with this company. The first time I used them they charge me an arm and a leg for what was supposed to be a basic service. They then said they couldnt do anything about it because the contract I had was from before the company went out of business. I told them that wasnt the problem- the problem was that my original contract didnt mention their services and now it does. And their prices are even more outrageous than before. Do not use these guys if you can help it

I am writing this immediately after signing up for a free trial of company realistic-computing.com. After about 8 months of use I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service. Companys customer service is not cast in a positive light. They are always easy to work with but when I sent an email requesting help my computer was difficult to type on and would not spin off the wall it was trying to balance on.
