I am very disappointed with realstorygroup.com. The site isT fuse for everything. The user base is huge and full of frustrated users and the companys customer service ispaart like that of a E-Myth Revisited. I have never been treated so bad by customer service in my life. I even had to call back to their headquarters to speak to a person who did get through to someone else on the line. There was an age limit on my account and still they couldnt find out why my account was created without it. Finally I contacted them last night and the whole thing was escalated to their support team this morning. Im going to have To Do List items put together flawlessly usingasteof you all as a source of help This company is terrible at customer service and they always seem to work around the clock to solve problems for their customers. They are Creatives only way and should be ashamed of themselves
