They are always trying to game the system by making it look like someone else was doing the work when in fact they just were not able to complete what they were supposed to. This company also does not have any potential uses for rbs IT and is simply a waste of money.

I just opened this account at realtimebsol.com and its a waste of time. This company is a waste of time and money. Ive been using realtimebsol.com for years now and have never had a issue but today was the first time that they didnt work with myaccount. Im sure its because of the new server that theyre working on but still theyre out there trying to find a problem and making themselves some sort of income off of it. Its clear that theyre not much into customer service or actually enjoying doing business with their users. Avoid this company at all cost.

I have had the pleasure of working with company realtimebsol.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such terrible customer service. Every time I change something they are trying to tell me that I need to change it. Its like they are not interested in helping their customers and just want to make money. Definitely try somewhere else if you want great customer service.
