is an information management company that promises to make your life easier by automating your work. However the main problem with RecordPoint is that they dont seem to actually do anything to improve your life. They instead just automate everything and promise it will make things easier. There are no real benefits to using RecordPoint and the only thing it does is add more stress to your life. Do not bother using this company if you want a simple automated way to manage your information.

Im very disappointed with Recordpoint. I have used them a few times and have had a great experience but now its not so good. They are a company that takes data seriously. They keep track of changes and improvements that need to be made in order to make information management better. However when I used them before they always seemed to make the same ones again and again. You would get an email notification about one change and then you had to go through all the text files to see what was changed. Now its different every time because of me but they still would send me an email notification about one change. Its not like they cant control it themselves - they just seem to care less about their users.

I have had great experience with Company Recordpoint.com. However I have had a bad experience with their customer service. I was originally sent a picture of my account and it was immediately revoked. I am not able to active my account because I received the picture. I am not sure what is up on company recordpoint.com but I believe it to be negative spaceing lack of response time and potential customer support issues.
