In fact many of the features in their software are actually quite useless and can actually be harmful to your recruitment efforts. Dont bother signing up for this company - youll be much better off using another search engine instead.

ment ProcessorI started working at Trakstar in 2012 as a Help Desk Engineer. The office was the only place to find help codes and solutions to Common Problems. Little did they know that I had been through countless hiring processes and had worked with different software programs and services.The last thing we wanted was another person who knew everything about every job ad out there. So we asked our ads placement agency what kind of software they wanted to use and they said Applicant Tracking System PCM. We started reimbursing people for email response times and keeping track of parking spots so we could target new employees to the best ones.The worst part is that Trakstar is eventually going to put this computer program into your personal life. You can imagine how much time and effort go in to it Every single task has its own need for code meaning that not all tasks are completed in one go. We would then have to start fresh each time we added something new

ment SolutionsI just got out of a five-year contract with Trakstar Hirement Solutions and am very unhappy. The company is terrible. The recruiterbox.com site is easy to use but the selection of companies is extremely small. I found many sites that are 10 times the size. Get out of the industry
