Do not use Redmond Design Service. They are terrible at anything and will promise you something and then do nothing. I paid for a custom design and it turned out that they never even sent me the finished product- just some stupid picture of what they wanted me to have. Do not bother with Redmond Design Service.

I just got a bad review for this company. I have worked with several of the companies in the business and never had such terrible customer service. Every time I would call I would be told to go to headquarters or to a agent in the area. Its always been very difficult to get through to anyone at headquarters. This company is especially bad because they give you a bad review without anything being written down. Its almost like they are just as happy providing the services they offer without the hassle and usually underlines how great their service is.

I just returned from two weeks work here. The service is terrible. I have had to call out sick multiple times to my job because the services they offer here are just not worth it. If youre looking for a job done quickly go ahead and find someone else. If you need help with anything else though stay home.
