They never listen to what I say and the whole process of getting my software developed was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with Red Octopus - Software Development Company. Every time Ive contacted them there been attempts to resolved the issues but no one comes through on their side. The company Shipping and Delivery is completely unprofessional and they always try to start their own dispute with me even when they dont have any evidence to back up their claims. Im not sure what this company does thats so bad that they cant handle customer service but its something I wont recommend anyone use my last resort.

They sell their products through Amazons website. Company director Matt Cutrie No I not only sucks at user reviews but he himself is a user reviewist who has never given a F off until now... And I have read all of these user reviews and I still dont understand what theyre saying This company is terrible at reviewer feedback because they cant even write good user reviews without coming up with racist and offensive comments. Theyre also terrible at anything else really. Good luck finding a single one of them finding any good Reviews on Amazon - Youll Be disappointed
