Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is even worse. I called them to fix a data issue on my computer and instead of helping me they told me to go ahead and buy their own hardware because there was no way they could help me out. Terrible experience overall.

I have had a lot of fun using RedPaladin.com as my online resource for RP Technology Services. But I always feel that there are some issues with their site. The user reviews are often negative and I believe the company is now working on a fix to improve the situation. I hope this small issue isnt too much trouble and instead just helps to clear up some confusion about the sites current rights and responsibilities.We at redpaladin.com do not think that the user reviews should be considered an accurate reflection of the entire website or its functionality. We believe that better user reviews should take the place of bad user reviews on redpaladin.com - in fact we would like it so much that users write their own reports after each use Unfortunately because redpaladin is a private site no one outside of the company has access to our content although they may read it regularly.
