Do not use this company. They are terrible at anything. The designs they offer are outdated and the customer service is nonexistent. I have had to go through multiple rounds of communication with them to get help fixing a website that was broken before they even knew what happened. Do not bother using this company if you want to make any decent progress on your project

Redrocktech.io is a terrible IT company. They are always trying to build something new and different in order to attract more customers. However their software is not the best and they are not the most reliable. If you need someone to help you manage your website create an HTML form or do anything else with webflow then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I am not sure what the problem is but I it just doesnt seem like its going to be a good experience. The company has a great website and everyone seems to be happy with it but apparently not this company. I have never seen anyone work there more than for a couple of hours at a time and then they all leave for once they are again fully employed. Its really frustrating when you want to come in and help out and dont hear anything back from them until after the fact. If you are really looking for a great IT company then I think Redrocktech might be the one. Unfortunately this one doesnt quite offer that And while I give them an rating of 8 out of 10 I would recommend others avoid this company at all cost.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that theyre in the business of helping businesses work better with the internet. They offer a bad user review which says that their software is only good for those who are tired of being able to rely on old-fashioned chat or have significant IT responsibilities. This software is all you can use and its really not worth the money. Do some research before purchasing.
