I found that RedSoup software was a bad user review. The website is easy to navigate and you can tell it what functions the software will fulfill for you but when I ran any of the programs through the arms of the mouse they would crash.idk whyThis happened to me also.resolved some issues with my account and then gave me a new one withoutana I had used the program before.

I have had Redsoup for a little over a year now and it has been the worst software purchase Ive made. There is nobody who works on the redsoup software other than the dev team who is ever available when you need him or her. Its always difficult to get everything done because things are moving so quickly and all youre doing is waiting for the next call or email to come back from the dev team. Please house a different team member who is only available when needed and dont put this off on us.
