I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do. The customer service is terrible and the quality of their work is poor. I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and even then they dont seem to care about their customers. I have had a terrible experience with Regent Branding. The entire process was round about the same as everyone seems to be different. We asked for our logo and house number both of which were not given common sense in terms of protection. Secondly they did not want a single brand instead of multiple brands its been going through numerous changes. Finally their email marketing strategy was Response-Based rather thankanjaview.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Regent Branding. The entire process was rushed andoddy. I am not only a regent brander but also a designer so I understand how to make a good brand look great. Unfortunately Regent Branding didnt seem to get this. They created a very old-fashioned design process which caused problems in terms of customer perception.
