Im sorry to say that I have had a terrible experience with this company. The initial contact was through an email which was not responded to within 24 hours. After numerous phone calls and emails I finally spoke to someone who said they would be able to do something about the problem - but it has since become more of a hassle than anything else. They do not seem to care about their customers at all.
