I just bought a brand new machine and was able to get my old one converted to Remarque Systems. I am very unhappy with how it has been working for the past 6 months. The results have been terrible. I have had to stop using the computer and only use the help field on the computer. The remarque systems website is also not being used anymore. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
