I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered a modem and it was delivered to my house two days after it said it would be. The modem itself is not working the box that came with it says so right on the front. My internet is going too slow also remotelink told me it was because of the new firmware they installed on my machine. So now Im stuck with a broken modem and no internet because of them Do not do business with this company

VPNI have had a terrible experience with this company. I was advertized by them and they said that their VPN would protect my online privacy. However after using their service for only a few weeks I found out that it does nothing but store my internet traffic in the cloud and track everything I do online - including data exchanged with other companies The thing is I dont even know how to use their service so why would I recommend it to anyone

Youre required to pay for their services each time you want them to work and in addition to that they charge outrageous prices for what they provide. Save yourself the trouble and dont bother using this company there are plenty of better options out there

INGThis company is a disaster. I have been using their site for years and have always had everything worked on and it today began to work right up and down the line. The only one who seems to be working on it is the customer service person and they are currently onto something new. Definitely do not recommend this site.
