Im currently working for company renovodata.com and have been this company for about 2 years now. And I can say that the customer service is incredibly low quality. There are very few times when someones question is not completely answered or where theyre asked but asked perfectly by someone else on the phone. The people who do work for the company are amazing so far its been great. But every time Ive had to come back out because of a change in plans the rest of the team has thenlement be some other part of the company where theyre more capable. reorganize and improve their skills would be how to describe what I mean by customer service at this company.
